Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer who is passionate about software testing and quality. The ideal candidate can understand product requirements and provide clear insights to Product and Development teams to reduce risk and improve system stability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain testing strategies, test plans, estimates, and schedules to support projects and product releases
•Track the product development lifecycle from requirements through release to ensure quality at every stage
•Review and analyze product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to understand expected functionality
•Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
•Perform end-to-end testing, including front-end, back-end, and load testing for web and mobile applications
•Conduct manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
•Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs and defects using project management and bug-tracking tools
•Monitor debugging progress, verify fixes, and ensure issues are fully resolved before release
•Communicate test results, risks, and quality metrics clearly to the team and stakeholders
•Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent project execution
•Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
•Drive the software development process toward quality-centric best practices and methodologies
•Review and critique existing software designs and technical implementations to identify quality risks
•Maintain accurate and organized QA documentation, reports, and test evidence
•Stay up to date with new testing tools, technologies, and testing strategies to continuously improve QA processes
•Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, accuracy, and execution speed
•Apply intelligent test automation techniques, such as self-healing tests and automated test maintenance
•Use AI-assisted tools for test case generation, defect prediction, and risk-based testing where applicable
•Analyze test results using data-driven and AI-based insights to proactively identify quality risks
•Collaborate with the team to introduce and optimize AI-driven QA processes within the testing lifecycle

Qualifications Required:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
•Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices
•Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and test automation scripts
•Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman, Checkly, or similar
•Experience with functional UI test automation frameworks such as Selenium
•Experience with web application test automation frameworks such as Playwright
•Experience with Puppeteer is considered an added advantage
•Exposure to Firebase and BigQuery databases
•Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Firebase Test Lab is a plus
•Experience in the property management domain is a plus
•Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
•High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
•Continuous desire to learn new tools, technologies, and testing approaches
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
