We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Support Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of software, hardware, and network systems across the organization. Key Responsibilities : Provide support for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity problems. Monitor and maintain network performance. Assist users with IT-related queries and technical issues in a timely manner. Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks. communicate with software support team and resolve the software issues. Maintain IT documentation Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
