Dear IIK Viewers, We are hiring for the following positions. Finance Manager with master degree with 10 to 15 years of experience Duties & Responsibilities • Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts. • Ensuring financial legal requirements are met. • Reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes. • Analyzing market trends and competitors to discover business opportunities and maximize profits. • Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impact. • Producing and reviewing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports. • Reviewing, monitoring, processing and managing budgets and the payments of the company. • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk. • Supervise the finance department team and distribute the tasks and the responsibilities between them. • Evaluate the department teamwork. • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
