We’re Hiring: Assistant HR Manager – Kuwait

A reputed company is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support employee engagement, streamline HR operations, and ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (professional HR certifications preferred)

• 7+ years of HR Generalist experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role

• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law & HR best practices

• Transferable Kuwait visa required

• Preferred Nationality: Indian

• Salary: Up to KWD 800

• Immediate joiners only

• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus
