This is a hybrid Sales Executive role based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work.
We’re looking for someone energetic, confident, and comfortable talking to people—someone who enjoys building relationships and spotting new opportunities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and building long-term relationships within the Kuwait market.
You’ll work closely with the team to understand client needs, represent our services clearly, and help grow our client base. The role also involves basic market research, follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication to ensure a great client experience.
This position is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, making it ideal for someone motivated, ambitious, and excited to grow based on performance.


Qualifications

Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development is a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work setup
Understanding of the Kuwaiti market and a network of industry contacts is advantageous
