● CFA bills Making and Accounting
● Safety Training
● FIFO Monitoring
● Dealer complaint immediate action plan
● Monthly Reports:
1. SLA Report
2. Sales CN/DN Report.
3. Sales Report.
● Daily Reports:
1. Staff Attendance Report.
2. Daily Dispatch report
3. Truck Unloading Report.
4. Safety Promises Report
● Same day Investigate customer’s Billing/accounts and documents methodically.
● Material inward & outward checking & reporting
● Answer customer inquiries about billing status and Dispatch Status ● Initiated all billing/collection etc. activities (telephonic Calls, letter & emails).
● plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization.
