Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Advisor. The Education Advisor will be responsible for providing educational consulting services, handling customer service queries from students and parents, and ensuring that all education-related matters are communicated effectively. The Education Advisor will also be responsible for liaising with universities/colleges to develop and improve education programs as well as providing support to students throughout their academic journey.

Qualifications

Educational Consulting and skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and handle customer service queries
Experience in the education sector and knowledge of education systems
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in English and Arabic is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
Experience in study abroad programs is an advantage
