We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at our Asphalt and Concrete Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage plant maintenance activities
• Ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently
• Lead a team of maintenance staff
• Carry out inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance
• Strong knowledge of asphalt/concrete plant machinery
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
