Requirements:

- Previous experience in the retail industry
- Ability to wrap gifts neatly and creatively
- Experience using Shopify
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to handle customers in a professional and friendly manner

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers online
- Process orders using Shopify
- Prepare and wrap customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Dispatch orders to drivers
