Job Title: IT Support Executive
Location: Kuwait
Salary: 400+ KWD
Visa Requirement: Transferable Visa (Article 18)
Job Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
 Desktop Support & Troubleshooting
 IT Documentation
 IT Asset Inventory Management
 Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches)
 Installation and troubleshooting computer related hardware and other office equipments
 Installation and troubleshooting Printers and Scanners
 Attend any support calls/troubleshooting network problems and any computer related hardware problems.
 Create user profile on PC with email and applications
 Support users in all computers related - file storage and file troubleshooting.
 Regularly check for antivirus protection and maintaining the systems up to date.

 Good command of English (Written & Spoken)
