Gulf Limited Co., a company providing AC technical support and maintenance services, is looking for a qualified Female Admin Assistant to join our team in Kuwait.
📌 Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations
Receive and schedule customer service calls
Assign tasks and coordinate with technicians
Prepare quotations and invoices
Maintain customer records and service reports
Handle emails and phone calls professionally
📌 Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Arabic (speaking & writing)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in office administration (preferred)
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferably currently residing in Kuwait
