Dear Friends,
One of the famous Chain of restaurant and Catering company is looking for Assistant. Keeper (From INDIA)
Job Summary :
Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling food, beverage, packaging, and other F&B supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper storage standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Receive and inspect incoming Items against purchase orders.
* Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
* Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and monitor expiry dates.
* Issue stock to outlets and departments as per approved requisitions.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and wastage.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills & Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in an F&B ( Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.)
* Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO/FEFO.
* Basic MS Excel and inventory system knowledge.
* Good organizational, communication, and numerical skills.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
