Job Title: Office Sales cum Accountant

📍 Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait

AjwaImpex Foodstuff Trading Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Sales cum Accountant to join our growing team. Candidates with Food & Beverage (F&B) industry experience will be preferred. A valid driving license will be an added advantage.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office administration
• Maintain accounting records and bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and LPOs
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers
• Assist with documentation and reporting

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally or similar)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
