Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all household goods are received, stored, and dispatched with maximum efficiency and accuracy. You will lead a dedicated team, maintain rigorous inventory control, and uphold strict safety and quality standards to support our business operations in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, quality inspection, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met and a positive, safe work culture is maintained.
• Inventory Management: Oversee accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce company safety policies and local Kuwaiti labor and fire safety regulations to ensure a secure environment.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance, inventory discrepancies, and operational KPIs for management review.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain or warehouse layout and recommend innovative solutions to enhance workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in handling household goods, furniture, or retail inventory is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), MS Office (specifically Excel), and inventory tracking software.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage for managing diverse teams and local logistics.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to work effectively in the fast-paced Kuwaiti market.
• Logistics: Valid driving license and experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) certifications are a plus.
