Job Vacancy: Executive Secretary to the General Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently

Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and accurate meeting minutes

Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager

Arrange travel schedules, meetings, and official engagements

Maintain well-organized filing systems, both physical and digital

Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and management instructions to ensure timely completion

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong typing skills with good shorthand speed

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively under pressure

Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
