Our growing F&B group is looking for passionate and experienced culinary professionals to join our Central Kitchen / Multi-Brand Operation. If you have strong kitchen leadership skills and experience in high-volume environments, we would love to hear from you.

Position 1: Head Chef – International Cuisine

(Concept Development & Kitchen Leadership)

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with strong knowledge of international cuisine to lead kitchen operations and support the development of new food concepts.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and design menus for new food concepts
• Standardize recipes, portions, and cooking procedures
• Manage kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily production
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Control food cost, inventory, and waste
• Work closely with management on product development and concept growth

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines
• Experience in menu creation and recipe development
• Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food costing and kitchen efficiency
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred
• Experience working with multiple food concepts or cloud kitchens
• Experience with international comfort food

Position 2: Sous Chef – Central Kitchen

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations within our central kitchen that produces for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain recipe consistency and portion control
• Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards
• Monitor kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
• Assist with inventory control and ingredient preparation
• Coordinate prep and production schedules
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Experience in high-volume kitchens
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Good understanding of international cuisine
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
