Driver Supervisor – Job Vacancy

Position: Driver Supervisor
Company: Delivery / Logistics Company
Location: Kuwait

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily activities of delivery drivers
• Assign delivery orders and plan efficient routes
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations team
• Monitor vehicle condition and arrange maintenance if required
• Handle delivery issues and customer complaints
• Prepare daily and weekly delivery reports for management

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in delivery or logistics field
• Experience in supervising drivers is preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with delivery apps
• Valid driving license is an advantage
