Inspection & Certification Company in Kuwait is
looking for a IT Support Specialist.

Qualifications & Requirements:

VISA: Article 18 (Transferable only) WITH
VALID CIVIL ID.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* User Support.
* System Maintenance.
* Software & Hardware Setup.
* Network Support.
* Printer set up and Maintenance.
* Documentation.
* Security Support.
* Training & Assistance.
* Vendor Coordination.
** Software Installation.
** System Back Ups & Recovery.
** IT Inventory Management.

Skills

* Qualifications & Requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field,
or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of hands on experience in IT support or a similar technical role, preferably in a company environment.

Fresh candidates with suitable experience can also send CV.

Technical Skills:
* Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, operating systems & office software.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems.
* Basic knowledge of system.
* Experience with setting up and troubleshooting all kinds of printers.
* Experience with setting up and troubleshooting networking equipment(routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
* Experience with back up solutions and disaster recovery planning.
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and anti-virus software.

Soft Skills
* Problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail.
* Communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong customer service orientation & patience.

Technology: Windows Desktop & Server OS,Knowledge on Firewalls,Switches & Routers Knowlegde.Server Hardware

Work Details: Timings: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Location: Subhan.
