Position: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction field as a Quantity Surveyor
• Good knowledge of project estimation and cost control
• Ability to prepare BOQ, contracts, and project reports
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Managing project costs and variations
• Reviewing drawings and quantities
• Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and suppliers
