We’re Hiring | Tekla Draftsman | Kuwait

Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co is seeking an experienced Tekla Draftsman with expertise in structural steel modeling and drafting for our projects in Kuwait.

Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Tekla Structures modeling and steel drafting
- Strong experience in shop, fabrication, erection, and GA drawings
- Diploma/ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Drafting
- AutoCAD certification preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate shop, fabrication, erection, and GA drawings using Tekla
- Revise drawings based on site and factory feedback
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with production and site teams to minimize errors and rework
- Support the QC team during inspections and approvals

Technical Skills
- Software: AutoCAD (mandatory), Tekla Structures (preferred)
- Knowledge: Structural steel components such as beams, columns, bracings, stairs, handrails, platforms, and steel connections
