We are Hiring: Warehouse Manager | Food & Beverage Industry

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations within a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, proper storage conditions, and smooth distribution of materials to support production and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control procedures.
* Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and implement FIFO / FEFO inventory practices.
* Coordinate with purchasing, production, and outlet teams for timely stock replenishment.
* Ensure proper storage conditions for food ingredients and packaging materials.
* Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
* Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and support monthly inventory audits.
* Implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
* Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
* Track incoming shipments and verify quantities and quality upon receipt.
* Maintain documentation for receiving, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
* Work closely with the procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 4–6 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Central Kitchen operations.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
* Experience in food safety standards and storage requirements.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills
* Experience managing temperature-controlled storage and food ingredients.
* Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, FEFO, batch tracking).
* Ability to work in high-volume operational environments.
