📢 We Are Hiring: Purchasing Manager – Food & Beverage Industry

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our growing Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, and cost control while ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients and operational materials.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the procurement of food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
* Monitor market price trends and maintain updated supplier databases.
* Ensure timely purchasing to support production and outlet operations.
* Coordinate closely with central kitchen, operations, and finance teams.
* Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
* Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
* Support cost control initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5+ years of purchasing experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
* Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Experience with food costing, inventory management, and procurement systems.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
