Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth by acquiring landlords, property managers, and real estate portfolio owners, with a focus on SaaS and system-based solutions. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and generating consistent recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and close new business opportunities within the real estate sector
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and system demonstrations
- Lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in real estate or SaaS systems is required
- Proven track record in closing deals and generating revenue
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Must hold a valid driving license
