Description

We are looking for an experienced Messenger / Mandoop to handle Public Relations and government-related work.

Job Responsibilities:

Dealing with government offices (Shoon, PACI, Immigration, Medical, Traffic, Municipality, etc.)
Processing employee documents: residencies, work permits, Civil ID, medicals
Submitting and collecting documents from ministries and authorities
Coordinating with PRO and HR department
Following up on approvals and official transactions
Maintaining records of submitted and completed work

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Mandoop / PRO in Kuwait
Good knowledge of Kuwait government procedures
Arabic speaking mandatory (English is an advantage)
Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
Transferable Article 18 visa
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
