Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and approach potential B2B clients including cafes, flower shops, gift shops, and retail outlets
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Develop and implement strategies to expand B2B sales channels
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with clients
Promote seasonal products, offers, and customized solutions
4. Product Promotion & Presentation
Present product samples and catalogs to potential clients
Suggest suitable product combinations for resale (e.g., chocolates for flower shops, cakes for cafes)
Coordinate with production team for customized orders
5. Order Management & Coordination
Ensure smooth order processing from booking to delivery
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and production teams
Monitor stock availability and forecast client demand
6. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends
Identify new opportunities for product placement and partnerships
Provide feedback to management for product improvement

Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Target-driven with strong sales closing skills
Ability to work independently and in field sales environment
Knowledge of local market (Kuwait) is an advantage
Other Requirements
Valid driving license (preferred)
Ability to travel for client visits

Number of new B2B clients onboarded
Monthly sales revenue achieved
Client retention rate
Order volume growth
Collection efficiency (if applicable)

Compensation
Basic Salary + Sales Incentives / Commission (based on performance)
