Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Crew to join our team in a high-volume premium kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Chefs and Chef de Parties (CDPs) in the preparation and cooking of dishes
Assist in working across various kitchen sections as required
Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
Follow recipes and procedures to maintain consistency
Adhere strictly to food hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas
Monitor food inventory and report shortages or discrepancies
Prepare ingredients, including seasoning meats and chopping vegetables
Assist in preparing salads, sauces, and other basic items as directed
Discard expired or spoiled food items appropriately
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
Follow all instructions from senior kitchen staff and management

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role
Hands-on experience in:
Fatayer preparation
Grills
Dough preparation from scratch
Shawarma preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good understanding of food safety standards

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 130 KD-140 KD
