Hiring – Project Manager (MEW Projects) | Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects to lead project execution and ensure successful delivery in line with contractual and technical requirements.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil preferred)
✔ Minimum 15 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects
✔ Proven experience in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects in Kuwait
✔ Must hold relevant MEW approvals (if applicable)
✔ Strong project execution and stakeholder management experience
✔ Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Manage project execution from planning to completion
▪ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities
▪ Ensure compliance with MEW standards and regulations
▪ Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
▪ Lead project teams and subcontractors
▪ Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance
▪ Report project progress to senior management
