Job Description:

We are a leading furniture and interior fit-out company based in Kuwait, serving high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Pricing Specialist / Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions, BOQs, and cost estimates for fit-out projects across Kuwait and the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
• Price fit-out works including joinery, furniture supply, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and MEP coordination
• Source material and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing
• Prepare and submit complete tender packages within deadlines
• Liaise with the design and project teams to clarify technical scope and quantities
• Maintain a database of unit rates, vendor pricing, and historical cost data
• Review and compare supplier quotations and negotiate best commercial terms
• Participate in post-tender clarification meetings and value engineering exercises
• Track awarded tender results and continuously improve pricing accuracy
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity take-offs is an advantage
• Advanced MS Excel skills: experience with estimation software is a plus
