Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management
Organize Board members meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prioritize conflicting schedules Coordinate internal and external meetings

Communication Handling
Have good communication with Ministries and government Public authorities.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
Draft letters, reports, and presentations
Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders

Administrative Support
Maintain confidential files and records
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Handle office logistics and supplies

Travel & Event Coordination
Book flights, hotels, and transportation
Prepare itineraries
Organize corporate events or meetings

Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with integrity
Support executive decision-making with discretion

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication in English and Arabic (written & verbal)
Time management and prioritization
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
Problem-solving and adaptability

Qualifications (Typical)
Bachelor’s degree
3–8+ years of experience supporting senior management
Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments (preferred)
