Job Title: IT Support Officer

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in IT support

Responsibilities:

Provide L1 & L2 support
Install/configure hardware & software
Manage users, email, and permissions
Troubleshoot systems, network, and printers
Support remote users
Maintain IT inventory

Requirements:

Windows & basic Linux knowledge
Networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Active Directory & Microsoft 365
Troubleshooting & remote support tools
Good communication skills

Preferred (Healthcare):

HMS / EMR / EHR experience
Clinic workflow understanding
Medical devices & patient data privacy

Additional:

Driving license (mandatory)
Basic cabling & networking
BioTime, CRM/HMS, basic web knowledge
