Description

Must have thorough knowledge of Power transformer manufacturing process.
Should be well versed in the different Coil winding techniques used in Power transformers.
Ability to read Winding drawings is a must.
Should be familiar with the Core lamination cutting and Stacking processes.
Should be thorough with the process of Core & Coil assembly as well as challenges posed by the same.
Should be familiar with Vacuum type OLTC and its connection.
Should be familiar with the drying process in Vapor phase drying plant.
Knowledge of Vacuum and Pressurization techniques used in Power transformers is a must.
Should have knowledge in Assembly procedures, Safety procedures
and assembly instruments and tools applicable for Power transformer
industry.

Requirements : Should maintain the shop floor discipline, maintain
tidy assembly line and factory environment. Effective verbal and
written communication skills.
Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage

Minimum qualification : BE/ B Tech - Electrical Engineering
Preferred age limit - 28- 35 Years
Minimum Experience : 5 -7 Years experience in Power transformer Manufacturing Industry catering to 132KV class.
