Description

GULF SPIC GENERAL TRADING & CONTRACTING COMPANY, W.L.L. is currently seeking a qualified Contract Managing Engineer (CME) for the KOC North Kuwait Heavy Oil Contract.
Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: KD 1,500 (inclusive of F&A)
• Company vehicle with fuel provided

Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait
• Must hold a transferable Article 18 visa

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance services within Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth execution and implementation of the contract
• Establish proper manning levels and optimize resource deployment
• Maintain strict cost control throughout the project.
