Description

- Plan the daily production of CNC machines as per the monthly fabrication plan.

- Monitor the output of all CNC machines & update the production reports.

- Monitor the Quality of the manufactured components.

- Ensure the dimensional accuracy of the jobs & ensure the job conformance with measuring instruments

- Monitor all machines /tools / instruments in good conditions at the end of each shift & ensure that weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance of machine are carried out.

- Ensure proper housekeeping / 6S of the machines & work area.

- Provide various training programs to the operators & development of jigs & fixtures.

- Plan the raw material requirement for the daily/monthly production as per the fabrication plan



Minimum qualification : DME/ITI - Mechanical Engineering

Preferred age limit - 25- 30 Years



Minimum Experience : 5 Years
