FMSC is looking for an experienced Project Manager Catering Services to oversee and manage all catering operations at rig sites in Kuwait. The candidate will be responsible for smooth daily operations, staff management, gate pass coordination, food cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all catering operations at rig locations, coordinating with the rig manager ,company man, HSE officer, and other crew members to ensure the smoot operations
• Manage manpower, staff scheduling, attendance, and workforce productivity
• Handle gate pass processing and site access coordination for employees and suppliers
• Control food cost, stock usage, wastage, and budget management
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and HSE compliance standards
• Coordinate with clients regarding daily operations, meal plans, and special requirements
• Supervise kitchen, camp, housekeeping, laundry, and service teams
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, dining areas, stores, and accommodations
• Maintain reports, attendance records, invoices, and operational documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange timely procurement of materials and supplies
• Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, vehicles, and camp facilities
• Train staff on company policies, hygiene, safety, and service standards, to maintain the operations without complaints
• Resolve staff issues, customer complaints, and site operational challenges promptly
• Prepare monthly cost reports, performance reports, and management updates
• Ensure uninterrupted service delivery at all rig locations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in catering/project management, preferably in rig/oilfield sites
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in food cost control and inventory management
• Knowledge of Kuwait rig site operations and gate pass procedures preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations
