Description

We are currently hiring for the Branch Manager position at our restaurant and are seeking an Indian male candidate with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate should also hold a transferable visa (Article 18).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and inspire high-performing front-of-house and kitchen crews.
- Drive Results: Manage daily operations, inventory, and labor costs to meet financial goals.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain top-tier food quality, service standards, and health safety.
- Guest Focus: Build community relationships and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

The salary for this position is 300-350 KD.
