Position: Project Coordinator / Front of House (FOH) Cum Coordinator (MEP Background Preferred)

Job Details:
- Location: Kuwait City
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: 250 – 350 KWD

Job Description:
The candidate will act as a key link between technical maintenance operations and client-facing front office services. Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating service requests and maintenance activities
- Acting as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams
- Scheduling and managing technicians for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works
- Managing work orders and updates using FM PRO system
- Conducting site inspections and assisting in quality control checks
- Preparing reports on maintenance activities, site progress, and inspection findings
- Guiding and supervising technicians during site operations
- Coordinating with vendors and external contractors for spare parts and specialized services
- Ensuring smooth execution of facility management operations

Requirements:
- Visa should be transferable OR candidate can work under company visa
- Candidate’s current sponsor must provide NOC (No Objection Certificate)
- Temporary work permit should be possible
- MEP / Facilities Management experience preferred
