Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing mechanical and site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between design, fabrication, and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute mechanical works for steel construction projects
Coordinate with fabrication workshop and site teams
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards
Resolve technical issues during fabrication and erection stages
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3–7 years of experience in steel construction or related field
Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment
