Qualifications:

At least 5 years of pertinent experience in the restaurant sector
Demonstrated success in leading a team of over 30 employees
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Capability to ensure efficient daily operations and uphold high service standards

Duties:

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant
Inspire and manage staff to provide outstanding customer service
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
