Job Summary:
Responsible for the preparation of a variety of dumplings, ensuring authenticity, consistency, and high-quality standards aligned with the brand concept.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare dough, fillings, and folding techniques for various dumplings
• Maintain consistency in shape, size, taste and do casting
• Ensure proper cooking techniques (steaming, frying, boiling)
• Manage prep and daily production requirements
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Control wastage and optimize ingredient usage
• Manage in developing new dumpling varieties
Requirements:
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred
• Training in Asian cuisine or dumpling preparation techniques is an advantage
• Experience in Asian cuisine, specifically dumpling preparation
• Strong manual skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
