Urgent Hiring: Female Admin Assistant

Location: Fahaheel, Kuwait

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and office support tasks
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Maintain and organize records, documents, and files
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Support HR, accounting, and other departments as required
Requirements:

Prior experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidates: Residing in Fahaheel, Mangaf, or Abu Halifa
Immediate joiners preferred
