This role is designed for an operational ERP specialist rather than a traditional IT support or data-entry position.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize ERP operational processes across manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, finance, and supply chain operations.
• Manage ERP governance policies, workflows, and approval structures.
• Lead master data cleanup, restructuring, and standardization initiatives.
• Improve inventory structure, item coding, and operational process flow.
• Review and optimize BOM and UOM structures within the ERP environment.
• Reduce dependency on Excel-based operations by maximizing ERP system utilization.
• Develop and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal departments to improve system performance.
• Support manufacturing ERP integration and process optimization.
• Manage ERP user permissions and ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Conduct ERP user training across departments and improve system adoption.
• Prepare SOPs and technical operational documentation related to ERP processes.
• Collaborate with finance, warehouse, production, procurement, and sales teams.
• Participate in ERP implementation, restructuring, or migration projects when required.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP operations, ERP consulting, manufacturing systems, or ERP governance.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP environments, inventory control, and operational workflows.
4. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Focus ERP, Odoo, Dynamics 365, or ERPNext is highly preferred.
5. Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
6. Knowledge of BOM management, UOM governance, and master data management.
7. Experience in inventory-intensive manufacturing environments.
8. Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
10. Fluent in English and Arabic (reading & writing).
11. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is considered an advantage.
