Business Application Support and Developer

*Plexsolution* is a Kuwait-based technology company specializing in business applications and enterprise solutions for organizations across the MENA region. As a certified Sage ERP Partner, Plexsolution offers expertise in implementing and integrating ERP, CRM, and automation platforms.

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team, working on system integrations, custom development, and support of business applications.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop and maintain solutions using .NET (C#) and Python
- Work on system integrations (APIs, data exchange, automation)
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
- Design and maintain reports (Crystal Reports / SSRS / Power BI)
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs
- Perform customizations and enhancements in business systems
- Work closely with users to understand and support operational workflows

*Qualifications*
- Good knowledge of *.NET (C#), Python, and SQL*, with practical development experience
- Experience working with databases, including query writing and optimization
- Familiarity with APIs (REST/JSON) and integration concepts
- Experience with at least one reporting tool (Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of business processes (Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance) is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (especially Sage 300) is an added advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Immediately available to join
- Inside Kuwait only
