Key Responsibilities
Conduct accurate land and topographic surveys using GPS, total stations, and other instruments.

Establish boundaries, reference points, and benchmarks for construction and legal purposes.

Prepare and maintain survey records, maps, and reports.

Verify measurements to ensure compliance with designs, contracts, and legal requirements.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors during site visits.

Ensure surveys meet local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in surveying instruments (GPS, total station, theodolite).

Knowledge of mapping, GIS, and CAD software.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with local land laws and regulations is preferred.
