We are looking for an experienced Concrete Plant Foreman to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete batching and ready-mix plant operations.
Strong knowledge of batching processes, quality control, and plant maintenance.
Ability to supervise plant personnel and ensure smooth daily operations.
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the concrete batching plant.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Coordinate plant activities and manage plant staff.
Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance when needed.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
