Urgent Vacancy – Executive Assistant (Kuwait)

Join one of the largest upcoming power and utilities projects in Kuwait!

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the HR & Administration Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes of meetings (MoM)
Follow up on action items and reminders
Handle correspondence and administrative documentation
Support HR and Administration activities
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in administration, secretarial, or executive support roles
Transferable Visa and locally available in Kuwait
