Job Summary

The HR Associate supports the Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with policies, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
-----------------------
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Support hiring managers in recruitment processes
Facilitate onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation sessions
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities

2. Employee Records & HR Administration
-----------------------
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files)
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data
Handle employee documentation such as contracts, leave records, and attendance
Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems

3. Payroll & Benefits Support
-----------------------
Provide support in payroll preparation by collecting and validating employee data
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing
Assist employees with benefits-related queries (insurance, leave, etc.)

4. Employee Relations
-----------------------
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Support in resolving basic employee issues and concerns
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

5. Compliance & Policies
-----------------------
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Assist in implementing HR policies and internal guidelines
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations

6. Reporting & HR Support
-----------------------
Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment status, etc.)
Support HR projects and initiatives
Assist in performance management processes


Qualifications & Requirements
-----------------------
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered)
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR software or ERP systems is a plus
