We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in specialty food retail, luxury retail, or hospitality, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty food retail, upscale retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and guest-handling abilities.
- Good product knowledge and sales skills.
- Experience operating POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Ability to handle cash and process customer transactions.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Explain product features, ingredients, and product stories to customers.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences.
- Handle POS operations, payments, and daily transactions.
- Prepare boutique packaging and gift wrapping.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is well-organized.
- Monitor product availability and support stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow company standards.
