Operations / Factory Manager – Detergent Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Factory Manager with a strong background in detergent and cleaning products manufacturing to support a new manufacturing project.

This is a part-time, remote consultancy role initially, with the opportunity to expand into a long-term position.

Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance on setting up and operating a detergent manufacturing facility.
* Recommend suitable production lines, machinery, and factory layout.
* Advise on raw materials, formulations, and production processes.
* Assist in selecting suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
* Improve production efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
* Share industry best practices for scaling operations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a detergent, cleaning chemicals, or home care manufacturing factory.
* Strong knowledge of liquid detergents, powders, fabric softeners, dishwashing liquids, or related products.
* Experience in factory operations, production management, or process engineering.
* Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).





EXPERIENCE IN DETERGENT DIVISION IS A MUST
