We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (Male) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective technology solutions. Candidates with hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validating business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new and existing systems.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in change management and user training when required.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, FRS, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in software testing, including functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases and reporting defects.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Familiarity with API testing and test management tools is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst are a plus.
