WE ARE HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST/ MANAGER.

Must be available in Kuwait

Must have 10-15 years similar Experience in GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development professional with a strong and demonstrable track record in business development, strategic partnerships, major contracts, and key account management.

The ideal candidate should bring diverse professional and international market exposure, with strong experience in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Key Account Management.
• Strong track record in developing and securing major contracts and high-value business opportunities.
• Direct experience dealing with Government Ministries, government entities, and major private-sector organizations.
• Strong GCC market exposure, particularly:
Saudi Arabia Qatar United Arab Emirates
• Additional GCC and international market experience will be highly valued.
• Proven experience managing complex negotiations, tenders, strategic accounts, and long-term commercial relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new markets, develop senior-level relationships, and convert opportunities into substantial contracts.
• Strong understanding of government and private-sector procurement environments.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable record of measurable business development achievements.
• Leadership capability and strong strategic account-management skills.
